Complex custom design is our specialty — curved, multi-material, oversized, carved.
Complex design is what we are built for. Most factories quote the flat, rectangular and repeatable work and decline the rest; we organised our design office, engineering file and workshops around the rest. Curved and irregular woodwork, multi-material combinations, oversized one-piece panels, carving and marquetry, and non-standard 1:1 builds are production lines here — with the drawings, formwork and QC checks to do them at contract scale, not as one-off favours.
Send a sketch, a rendering, a reference photo or a 1:1 site condition. The design office returns CAD shop drawings, 3D renders and a physical control sample, and nothing is machined before your team signs the drawing. First response to any enquiry comes back within 24 hours.

In-house Design Team
Designers and engineers working inside the factory, not remote from it. Every designer walks the floor weekly and every drawing is checked against what the machines and jigs can actually hold. Team structure available on request.
Complex Design Capability

Design Process
Brief and dimension survey → concept with budget band → CAD shop drawings → sample approval → production. The approved drawing is the contract; revisions are versioned so nothing ambiguous reaches the floor.
3D Rendering & Visualisation
Photo-real renders for client approvals, tender submissions and catalogue programmes — including render packages trading companies use to bid hotel projects before a single unit is produced.
Shop Drawings & BIM
Construction-level drawings with node details, section breaks, fixing points and tolerance stack-ups; coordination with BIM models on request so millwork lands clean against services and adjacent trades.
