The Factory
The Factory
One site, six workshops, one quality standard — and paint is where we are judged first.
VANDINI runs wood machining, panel production, paint, metal, upholstery and final assembly on a single site in Huizhou, so a project crosses no external interfaces between raw board and export crate. Before anything is packed it is fully assembled on our floor, measured, photographed and signed off — what passes inspection in Huizhou is what arrives on your site.
The paint line, in detail
Paint is the surface every visitor touches first, so it gets its own paragraph. Our finishing line runs dust-controlled spray booths and temperature-controlled flash-off, with PU and water-based lacquer systems for furniture, wall panels and door leaves alike. Colour is matched across materials — veneer, metal, stone-look surfaces and textiles — against one signed control sample per project, and gloss level is measured rather than judged: target sheen is specified in gloss units and checked with a gloss meter per batch. Finish builds are recorded coat by coat (sealer passes, sanding grits, topcoat thickness in microns), so a finish can be reproduced identically two years later for a phase-two order. Leaves and panels leave the line with film thickness sized to survive contract cleaning regimes, and finish QC is a checkpoint every unit passes, not a spot check.
